Talking to a trained person on your own, therapists are people who really listen. You can share your problems with our therapists and they will help you make sense of what’s going on. They will also give you the time and space to express what it really feels like.
Our Counselling and Psychotherapy Service provides a wide range of therapeutic interventions that are designed to help you address those issues that are impacting on your mental health and emotional wellbeing.
