How will this service help me?
You will be able to sit and discuss what support you would like, it could be support around housing, exams, career, relationships etc. You can set a goal for the things you want to change and will work together with the practitioner to plan how you can make those changes.
We are linked in with a range of other services across the city, so if you require any further, or tailored support we will be able to signpost you to the right service and in many cases be able to complete a referral form with you to assist with the transition between services. IAG workers will also be able to be an advocate for you, with your consent to speak on your behalf to other services and individuals.
