YPAS Data Quality Objectives – publishing data for young people and families mental health

Your feedback is so important to us and helps us to improve our services for children, young people and families.

As part of the work we do, we collect a huge amount of vital data about our organisation and about each service users journey.

We want to ask you directly, what data and information you would like to see published from us? From stats and feedback about the performance of our services, to changes in young people’s mental health, to compliments, comments and complaints. We are also asking in our survey if you would like to be part of a focus group to discuss our data collection in more detail and support us with the best way to communicate this information to our service users please leave your details in the survey if you would like to know more.
